challenging experience grows you. a very important thing i’ve learned on this trip so far. training camp in georgia has been ROUGH, but getting so much better every day. lots of this week has been focused on getting stripped from our comforts, and what that means for our faith. i have been challenged in lots of ways this week, but through those, i’ve been more engaged in my faith than i have ever been. to give you a better look. training camp here is all focusing on getting rid of those comforts we have, challenging our relationship with god and learning more about him, and getting to feel thankfulness for things we’ve grown up with. it consists here of bucket showers, portapotty, worship, learning sessions, foods from many countries, lots of rain and bugs, tents. but overpowering this all is god working through all of us!!!! he is so good!! and i’m so excited to grow with the amazing group I am traveling with here, and the relationships i’ll make. we have until the 10/12 here and on to nicaragua first! Excited for all the ways I am growing!
